Friendly stuff and they helped us kindly to store safely our luggage before check in. We arrived 4 hours earlier before the time. It was still okay and we continiued to explore Faro City Centre. Great location and feels like at home. Modern 3 star hotel with everything what I want and need. It was our second Time when we booked this hotel in one week time. My choice and probably will book this hotel again next Time. Good memories! Location: A 15-min taxi ride from the airport and a 5-min walk to the marina with shops, bars and restaurants all around. Room: Spacious and comfortable with a clean and adequate bathroom. Breakfast: We had the buffet breakfast on our last day. You get a nice selection of juices, coffee, tea, pastries, cereals and fruit. Staff: Every member I spoke to was extremely helpful and informative. We arrived at around 11pm and it was nice to be greeted by a friendly staff member who ensured we had a quick check-in. They were happy to answer any other questions, they are a real credit to the hotel.

I arrived exhausted after a very early flight with no sleep. Check in time is 16.00hrs but the receptionist on duty arranged for me to have my room at 13.00 hrs. I will always be grateful to her. Hotel is in central location. Staff were wonderful. The receptionist on duty next day took my luggage to a waiting taxi!! I did not have breakfast so cannot comment. Good value for money. I would stay again.

Location was great, close to mayor attractions walkable. The size of the room was fair , just what we needed, just enough space to rest and take a shower. Breakfast was great, easy to start the day adventure with your tummy full. Plenty to choose from.
